From helping to understand how the process works, to answering all our questions in a timely manner, the packing in Toronto, clearing customs in Israel, and delivery to Yerushalayim - Kef was absolutely wonderful - and made the process as painless as could be! I used Kef International's service to move from NJ to Israel. The experience was highly positive. In terms of the movers on both sides of the journey - they were very professional and respectful; they packed our things quickly and with evident expertise. For various pieces of furniture they created on the spot a fitting box, protecting everything 100%. Nothing that they packed got damaged during the trip. On the administrative side, we felt we had to be exposed to the minimum necessary of forms and documents; everything was taken care of for us. Also very importantly, the company was very precise with its estimate of the arrival of our stuff - the things got to our new home (door to door) in the same week that they said they would - and that's despite the current delays at the ports. Our experience with Kef right from the beginning was great. The estimate was practically the final cost. The contact people were great to work with. Emails with wipes were quickly answered. A huge to Jerusalem could have been fraught with difficulty, but it wasn't thanks to the first-rate service by Kef from pick up to dealing with customs to delivery at our new home.
